Description:

“We are the Lambert’s, and we have decided to help someone in need. I’m looking for a team of volunteers to help me clean up a widow's home. Our friend is 91, and she and her late husband led a food ministry for 30 years. They started feeding people from their home before it grew so large it moved to a local church for the final 25 years. She is in great need of a rear yard clearing since a son passed away this spring, and he wouldn’t let her part with a lot of things. This project will take 15 strong people, and it’ll involve wheelbarrows, lifting, and a manly dump truck that will be on site. Someone with skills dealing with overgrown vines and yucca is needed. An individual with the skills to fully replace the rear slider would be a blessing. We will meet outside at her home, where I will give the team instructions. Volunteers will be contacted with location information. If you have any questions, you can contact me (Todd) at 209.456.2025, or my wife, Christine, at 209.480.8382.”

ALL VOLUNTEERS - please bring good work boots, gloves, and masks.

NEEDED EQUIPMENT - The following items can be brought by volunteers: wheelbarrows, loppers, or pole saws for vines, small saw to deal with Yucca plant, stump grinder, and trucks with tarps/ropes.
